Roero Arneis Grape: 100% Arneis Physical characteristics - Color: yellow with green reflections. Limpido. Bouquet: full, intense and persistent, fine and fruity with hints of pineapple, melon and ripe apple. Flavour: dry, fresh and tasty, warm, full of a lot of persistence. Net to the aftertaste / smell, fruity notes. Considerations typical and balanced. The 50% of the grapes stemmed and crushed undergoes a cold maceration, the other 50% is pressed sofficemente. After fermentation, the two wines are united. Following a 4-5 months of aging in stainless steel. Evolution: young but already inviting. It can take good bottle for 18-24 months.
